Are You Receiving All of The LEOFF 1 Medical Services You Are Entitled to Receive?

Medical benefits are a major aspect of the LEOFF 1 retirement system. There is one statute that sets forth at least 22 different minimum medical services that LEOFF 1 members are absolutely entitled to receive if they are needed. For example, under this statute you are entitled, among other things, to have the medical services of licensed physicians or surgeons paid for.
